Files are not a legal survey, not proof of ownership, and not a substitute for an official land registry certificate. Do not rely on them to mark boundaries on the ground or in any legal transaction.
Coordinates are converted from the Lebanese local grid to WGS84, which can introduce small differences.
Licence
- You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the files you buy for your own purposes or within your business.
- You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or compile the files into a database or competing service.
- Every file carries a mark tied to your order so unauthorised distribution can be traced.
Payment, delivery and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and shown before payment. Once payment is confirmed, the file downloads straight away. Download access and retry limits are shown on your order page; keep the file somewhere safe.
Because files are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds after download, unless the file is corrupt or does not match the parcel ordered, in which case we replace it or refund you.
Limitation of liability
Intelligent Village KMZ is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the data. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We may update them from time to time; the version published on the date of your order applies.
